These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thince, a blockchain education company operating in Maharashtra, India.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

2. User Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

To participate in our blockchain development programs, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information during registration.

Important Notice About Educational Outcomes

We do not guarantee employment, specific income levels, or career advancement as a result of completing our programs. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and continued learning beyond our curriculum.

Program Enrollment

Enrollment in our programs typically begins in autumn 2025, with additional cohorts starting in early 2026. Program schedules may change based on enrollment numbers and instructor availability.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, videos, documentation, and proprietary tools developed by Thince remain our intellectual property. Students receive a limited license to use these materials for personal learning purposes during their enrollment period.

  • Create derivative works based on assignments for portfolio purposes
  • Share knowledge gained through our programs in professional contexts

Prohibited Activities

  • Redistributing or selling course materials to third parties
  • Recording live sessions without explicit permission

5. Code of Conduct and Community Standards

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors may result in immediate suspension or termination from our programs:

  2. Partial refunds may be considered for documented medical or family emergencies
  3. No refunds for students terminated due to policy violations
  4. Course material access ends upon withdrawal or completion

8. Technical Requirements and Platform Access

Students must maintain adequate internet connectivity and computing resources to participate fully in our programs. We provide technical specifications for development environments and recommend hardware configurations.

While we strive for 99% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance, and we provide alternative access methods when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Thince provides educational services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot be held responsible for individual career outcomes, job placement success, or financial results following program completion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our educational content reflects current industry practices and emerging technologies. The rapidly evolving nature of blockchain technology means that specific tools or methodologies may become outdated. We encourage ongoing learning and adaptation beyond our formal curriculum.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, following the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, we encourage direct communication with our support team to resolve issues amicably and efficiently.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards. Significant changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with modifications, you may terminate your account and discontinue use of our platform.
